Solution Consultant – Invoice to Pay

• Contributed to the design and development of PISA, a cloud-based tool streamlining the incoming invoice process through customizable workflows.
• Served as a key member of the international rollout team, driving successful implementations across Spain, France, and other European countries.
• Led and facilitated Fit-Gap analysis workshops, gathering business requirements from regional stakeholders and aligning them with global solution standards.

S/4HANA Design and Build – Intercompany Accounting

• Led the solution design for Intercompany Accounting as part of the S/4HANA Design and Build team, ensuring alignment with global finance transformation goals adhering the central directive of Bosch Group.
• Architected and deployed the Intercompany Netting framework using SAP In-House Cash to streamline intercompany settlements and reduce cross-entity payment complexity.
• Developed a triangulated Intercompany Billing model to facilitate efficient and compliant cross-border invoicing among Bosch legal entities.
• Enabled automated intercompany invoice exchange through integration with IDoc and eDocument (EDOC) frameworks, improving accuracy, and reducing manual intervention across multi-country operations.
• Integrated the SAP Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR) Tool to automate and accelerate the month-end reconciliation process, minimizing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
