After completing secondary school and training as an industrial mechanic, I pursued a mechanical engineering degree via a second educational path to take on leadership responsibilities. My strengths quickly became apparent in customer contact and practical technical solutions, which led me to start in technical sales. Through successful customer projects, I continuously advanced and now, as Sales Manager, am responsible for sales strategy, team leadership, coaching, and maintaining sustainable customer relationships to drive business success.
