A dynamic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in the hotel industry, specializing in business development, event sales, marketing, and HR. Expertise has been cultivated at prestigious companies such as Waldorf Astoria Berlin and 25hours Hotels Company, where a strong focus was placed on enhancing guest satisfaction through exceptional service and effective mentorship. Additionally, developed as an internal trainer and assumed the role of Duty Manager in the absence of the General Manager.
In a one-and-a-half-year management trainee program, I worked at the supervisor level in the Event Sales, Marketing, and HR departments. Furthermore, I spearheaded a weekly sustainability project to integrate a long-term sustainability strategy.
I organized and managed a wide variety of events, including weddings, national holidays, conferences, and corporate events with up to 200 participants. I played a key role in launching the new image film and gained valuable insights into strategic and creative marketing. I also spearheaded the health days and other appreciation activities, handled the monthly salary payments, and managed the entire applicant process.
In addition to the general duties of a receptionist, I provided personalized service to both national and international guests, ensuring an exceptional experience. I was responsible for managing guest complaints and reviews, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. I trained and mentored apprentices and dual students, ensuring the team delivered high-quality service and continued professional development.
