Key Responsibilities :

• Setting up India's first state of art EURO -VI Engine Plant ( Green Field) for Volvo MDEP Global requirement @ 1/3 rd of the European cost and < 10 ppm.
• Plant Management responsibility over 500 employees , Developed Workmen policy and softer cultures including mindset development of employees to meet EU , NA and Japanese customers stringent Quality requirements.

• Established Business improvement initiatives like TPM (JIPM-Japan), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPS and Low-Cost Automation initiative across company , increased 30% productivity and enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Provided Consultancy on TPM , TQM to more than 15 Steel , Paper , Cement Industries across India and Middle East countries , which improved their productivity by 30% and customer satisfaction .Offered friendly and efficient service to customers, handled challenging situations with ease.
