  • The main purpose of this role is to provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes, driving recruitment and talent management initiatives, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate daily with the Senior HR Business Partner (EHO) and the SVP of HR (EHO). In the Senior HRBP’s absence, I assume full responsibility for role output.
  • Provide guidance to the entire EHO Regional office staff, including EUMB, VPs, Directors, Managers, and employees, on the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive entire recruitment process by drafting job advertisements, conducting screenings, interviews, response handling, offer calculation & onboarding.
  • Coordinate with various EU countries on HR-related matters for EHO employees hosted within their respective entities, including data accuracy.
  • Calculate salary proposals for new hires, transfers, and promotions.
  • Manage the annual Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), ensuring a seamless process each year, which includes EOS mapping, ordering surveys, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee various Compensation & Benefits processes, including grading, merit increases, bonus calculations, and short- and long-term incentives, in alignment with company policies and established procedures.
  • Prepare and manage recognition and engagement initiatives, such as Long Service Awards and Employee of the Year.
  • Provide proactive support for the year-end process by ensuring goal accuracy and completing performance assessments.
  • Talent Management processes, including setting up and facilitating Talent Panels during the succession planning phase.
  • Focus on delivering services that meet established standards and targets, scheduling all HR processes and policies accordingly.
  • Assist with a wide range of HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, often involving complex and sensitive work that requires background research.

  • Worked alongside the Director of C&B SSA, on daily C&B topics while continuing to provide support to DHL Aviation in the capacity of an HR Support.
