Senior Architect / Consultant

  • Worked on S4 HANA implementation for Industry Automotive business of Panasonic Europe (which has annual turnover of 1.8 billion euro per year).
  • Acted as Work Package Lead for Order and Invoicing modules for Automotive business.
  • Mapped various order to invoice process such as plants abroad, consignment, direct shipping and intercompany sales process. Also mapped and configured the reverse logistic (return) processes.
  • Worked on Customer Service process implementation in S4.
  • Led the integration of third party warehouse management system deployed at various sites with S4 HANA for logistic execution process.
  • Led the cleansing and subsequent migration of master data from SAP ECC to S/4HANA for the entire Panasonic Europe Automotive and Industry division, focusing on Sales and Materials Management functions.
  • Led a team of consultants from Bearing point and IBM for implementation and smooth cutover and go live of the project in my area.
  • Currently working on implementation of S4 platform for the Consumer and HVAC Business of Panasonic Europe (IT Project worth over 40 million)
  • Engaging with business stakeholders of different EU member states to map the R3 processes and create the Prototype of the Order to Bill process in consumer business.
  • Working as a Stream lead for Order to Bill and Intercompany sales Process and engaging with function and technical stakeholders from Finance, Purchase and EDICOM to close the design of the consumer and HVAC business process.
  • Led the master data transformation from R3 to S4 HANA for entire SCM Team. This involves material master, business partner (customers and vendors), price master, contracts, vendor info records, purchase info records etc.
  • Analyzing the R3 master and transaction data to create the blueprint for migration programs to perform the cutover task.
  • Working on customizing Pricing schemes, Output Determination, Text determination, Partner Determination, Schedule Line Determination, Item Category Determination, Stock Transfer Order, Listing & Exclusion, Revenue Account Determination, Credit management (FSCM), integration with Salesforce (CRM) and logistics master.
  • Designing and implementing of Logistic execution process by integration 3rd party warehouse management system via EDI and ALE. Interfaces such as master data, pick / pack information, delivery information, shipment information etc.
  • Work as Package lead and distribute the change request amongst the consulting team including myself.

  • Managed the cutover of the customer master and material master by coordinating with the business stakeholders of different EU countries involved.

  • Partner, design, deliver and support of all Order to Cash applications of Fusion platform of Unilever.
  • Led a team of 12 vendor partners (development and testing team) to design, developand test business requirements.
  • Have led the design and rollout of customer order processes for Nutrition product business acquired by Unilever from GSK for $3.8 billion.
  • Have led the migration of the master data in the GSK acquisition project – material master, customer master, vendor master, price master.
  • Have worked on implementation of SAP Order to Cash processes (forward sales, returns, claims, rebate) for Unilever Nepal business ($45 million annual revenue).
  • Have ensured customer master migration, price master migration, discount and rebate master migration from legacy system to SAP happen without any glitch during the implementation.
  • Build a chatbot for 4500 + B2B customers of Unilever and integrated it on the customer collaboration portal.
  • Integrated the NLP engine of Microsoft with the ECC SAP through SOAP APIs to provide real time data to customers.
  • Have led the design and implementation of Sales Return process for HUL. Sales return value approx. $ 200 million per annum.
  • Led EDI integration of various Modern Trade customers system with Unilever SAP system to capture order, ASN and invoice extracts.
  • Successfully deployed automation of various manual processes such as CCFOT reporting,and product substitution mapping based on ATP through Blue Prism RPA.
  • Designed live reporting dashboard of order – delivery – invoice status for supply chain team on Power BI. Have integrated Power BI report with HANA views to achieve this.
  • Have implemented a continuous replenishment system (CRS) based ordering for Key Account channel customers. The CRS portal was developed to server some of the high value identified customers.
  • Created Order Management application for General Trade customers of Fusion Landscape (SAP Template of South Asia) of Unilever.
  • Automated multiple processes like credit and debit note email to customers, through Blue Prism RPA bot framework.
  • Implemented a piece invoicing system to enable sale in loose pieces from the warehouses to the customers by enabling Minimum Order Qty (MOQ) for picking at material level.
  • The solution has increased the sale of NMSM high value materials by 12 %. I have received CEO Compass award from the HUL CEO for this.
  • Have supported various KEC agendas (ECC Service Pack Upgrade) in the order to cash domain to keep environment current at the landscape.
