- Duties include:
- Reading care plans and implementing care requirements as documented
- Follow company procedures with regards to communication, emergencies and work, health and safety issues Giving care needs for people with disabilities and old people
- Planning, preparing meals and help with eating.
- Bowel management
- Catheter flashing
- Medication administering
- Helping with daily living activities eg bathing, feeding
- Peg feeding
- Home and community cares
- Completing incident reports and care documentation
- Assist clients with mobility using different kinds of equipment like hoist, wheelchairs and any other report writing
