• In my role, I work 1-on-1 with students (managing up to 10 at a time) to increase professional and academic proficiency tailored to individual needs
• I'm responsible to develop lesson plans that follow strict timelines based on the students' unique strengths/weaknesses, to deliver course seminars, and to ensure my students' progression
• I challenge my students to analyze complex and engaging topics such as research methods, equity, diversity and inclusion foundations, and moral judgment and decision making
• Since entering my role in 2022, I've taught over 650 classes, totaling over $130k in revenue
• I've managed the success of over 20 different students, and I've worked regularly with my longest standing student for over 15 months and counting

• As an evening lounge server, I worked with iPad point of service systems to deliver seamless and personalized service to up to 12 tables at once, with an average check size of $1.5-2k each shift
• Building and maintaining personal relationships with top, regular clientele is an important part of this role, as regulars dine at Cactus Club for the experience of being treated like a VIP with unique recommendations and first-class treatment
• I've learned that sincerity and reliability go hand in hand when it comes to building trust within business relationships and to retaining loyal clientele

• I worked 1-on-1 with students during my office hours to aid their understanding of course materials, research methods and course planning
