Tom-Marcel Rößler

Karlsruhe

Summary

I have knowledge of various programming languages and paradigms with a focus on high-performance C/C++ development and am particularly interested in various forms of project management, whether agile or classic, as well as optimization algorithms, especially linear programming in all its forms. To me, proper modelling of software solutions using UML or the less restrictive C4 paradigm, composing project documentation and the administration of internal team communication and storage means are natural components of each and every project.
Furthermore, I have developed an interest in operations research and connected topics like production planning and supply chain optimization - fields in which I managed to gain hands-on experience during my time at SAP SE while working within a significant code base containing large amounts of legacy code.
I'm always happy to meet new people and broaden my network as it is crucial to enabling efficient cooperation, the key driver of a growth-oriented workplace.
