The punch list consists of installing cabinetry, base trim and shoe, window sash replacements, installation of exterior doors including sliding glass doors, drywall repair and insulation of appliances.

De construction of homes original design expanding rooms for comfortable space per plan, framing running electrical and plumbing. Working with all finishes such as drywall, paint, tile, cabinetry and all types of flooring.

Was fully trained in starting up heat and AC charging to the required pressure and sub coolant and setting gas pressures taking the proper procedures to the manufactures requirements. Good people skills working with un pleasant homeowners Running service calls troubleshooting issues, full Chang outs to changing out major components to fixing leaky drains.
