• Provide technical and operational advice on the individual operation (i.e: port operation, towing operation, ship to ship Operation, Offshore cargo operation, Offshore pax transfer operation, Anchor Handling, DBBC (Double Big Bubbles Curtain) & etc..).

• Ensure vessels are able to meet Charterer requirements & standards.

• Ensure the vessel operations are conducted safely, reliably, cost-effectively and in compliance with appropriate rules.

• Participate in TBT, risk assessment and hazard ID initiatives relating to marine vessel operations.

• Ensure the vessel operations are conducted safely, reliably, cost-effectively and in compliance with appropriate rules.

• Coordinating with Offshore Marine Manager and Ship Master for vessel's daily and project-specific operations.

• Joined as 2nd Officer and worked up to the rank of Master. Working on various types of offshore vessels (PSV DP2, AHTS DP1& DP2).
• Heading control and static towage of FPSOs.
• Offshore towage of jack-ups.
• Platform supply work including deck cargo, fuel, NLS and wet and dry bulk cargoes with various jack-up rigs, Semi-sub rigs and DP drillships.
• ROV support vessel, provide ROV support to FPSO mooring wires change out & North Ocean 105 pipe laying jobs.
• Offshore windfarm soil sampling drilling, on DP2 vessel, Offshore Tai Chung, Taiwan.
• Ensured Compliance with international regulations and company policies and maintained detailed records of all aspects of ship operations.
• Liaised with clients, offshore/ onshore facilities and ship managers to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Coaching and training of personnel as required (HSE, seamanship)

1999 -2008 - Joined as cadet and worked up to the rank of Chief Officer.

Sailed on company General Cargo Ship, Bulk Carrier and Product Tanker.
