• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain proper inventory control by updating stock records and conducting regular stock checks.
• Issue materials as requested, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish items as needed.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety and health standards.
• Label and arrange materials systematically for easy access and efficient space usage.
• Handle stock discrepancies, returns, and damaged goods following company procedures.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.

Storeman Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage inventory by receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock takes and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and safe handling of goods.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to track deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and dispatch orders according to delivery schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area to optimize workflow and safety.
