  Coordinated nine key criteria team activities, including strategy management, process management, and employee/customer surveys.
  Supported top management at Bosch Homburg Plant (HOP1).
  Facilitated the achievement of the Ludwig-Erhardt Prize in 2009 for HOP1.

• Coordination of Quality management system activities with 5 BCE.
• Coordination of “Customer Satisfaction Survey”, “Process Management System”.
• Conducting external audit as EOQ Auditor in all over the World (from Brasil to China).
• Conducting EFQM Assessment in all over the World (In Europe and India).

• Coordination of EFQM activities incl. preparation of EFQM Submission document,
