Senior Engineer with over 15 years of experience, of which more than 10 in Test Engineering for Automotive Industry and 5 Technical Documentation Writer for Aeronautic Industry.
Along these years, being blessed with amazing leaders which believed in me and empowered me on the way, in 2022 I decided to steer my career to leadership role, as my wish of building teams, mentoring and guiding peopple, grow up. Before steering my career towards Automotive Industry, I accumulated 5 years experience as Technical Documentation Engineer. In this period of time, I understood the use of standards and clear defined processes, are meant to ease our work and improve our results. Time management, detail orientated skills, self-planning daily activities/routines, keep pragmatic thinking in challenging times are some skills that helped improving results.
