In this role my main responsibility is the coordination and quality assurance of the end-to-end Transfer Pricing processes, which includes:

• Analytical Transfer Pricing Tasks such as Activity Reporting (P&L segmentation to monitor operating profit for each functions), Gross margin analysis, ad-hoc reports to Group Tax and local Finance Teams
• Ensures on‑time and first‑time‑right delivery of transactional tasks (transfer price creations, yearly and interim mass updates, functional recharges, TP adjustments)
• Manages IT issues, process improvement initiatives in Global Transfer Pricing

During the last year I participated in various SAP integration projects and we started to collaborate with PWC to automate Activity reporting process by using power BI solution.

In this role I was leading the team responsible for preferential origin end‑to‑end process to meet the requirements to benefit from Free Trade Agreements:

• Collect and maintain supplier's preferential origin statuses
• Coordinate and perform the determination of preferential origin eligibility and support the business and provide analysis on the reasons of non‑eligibility
• License management
• Support customs audits
• Issue Free Trade Agreement documents
• Preparation of monthly KPI metrics

In this position I managed the team of 8+ which was responsible of global processes for Transfer Pricing and Intercompany. The main responsibilities were the following:

• Setup the Transfer Prices based on Transfer Pricing policies
• Coordinate the yearly Transfer Pricing Mass update process and maintain control points
• Oversee the preparation of Activity reports and margin analysis; follow up deviations from operating profit targets
• Ensure delivery of month end activities (functional recharges, activity report review, Gross margin reviews)
• Managing the carry out Intercompany billing, accounting and reporting activities according to specific
  deadlines.
• Lead and take part in projects in a move to improve the performance of the team as well as serve the
  business needs
• Work closely and effectively with all business partners (Group Tax, Finance Managers, Controlling,
  supply chain and customer care)

I was hired as Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst in the newly established Service Center of Givaudan. Shortly after I joined the company I became the Team Leader of the Transfer Pricing Team.

During this period the main tasks were to integrate Transfer Pricing Management Activities and standardize the processes and build effective KPI's for the management.

I am proud that the Transfer Pricing Team was the first team in the center, which was responsible for global processes.

My main role was:

• Managing Intra-group service cost allocation process
• Accountable for the preparation of internal and external benchmarking studies to support Transfer Pricing Documentations
• Coordination of yearly Transfer Price setting process
• Performing year-end Transfer Price adjustment exercise
