After finishing high school, I started my professional career in the Retail field. After 5 years of working for retail brands Nespresso and WeSC, in 2012, I decided to take the leap and move abroad. I lived in different countries, such as Switzerland, England and Germany, where I broadened my areas of expertise working also in Hospitality and Childcare. During these years I have acquired a set of skills that are needed in every work environment: I managed small teams and through the development of a culture of cooperation, communication and respect towards one another, that, resulted in a lower turn over of team members. Over the years of my professional career, I also came across stressful moments, which helped me build stress resistance and resilience, turning me at the same time into a pro-active, communicative and empathetic person with a varied set of language skills (Portuguese, Spanish, English and German).
