• Preparation of SOPs and all procedures, instruction and other safety related internal documents aligned with Şişecam Group
• Creating HSE Culture and training all of employees from “Zero Level”
• Inspection and Daily Audit of Third Party Workers (500+ workers a day) and strict monitoring (1000 ton per day glass plant was constructed with Zero Permanent Injury and accident rate below 5)
