The roles were always multidimensional and would include the following for different projects:

• Developing frontend in React, Vue, Typescript etc
• Developing backend in Nest.Js
• Managing and enhancing serverless architecture using AWS lambdas

The Client, Holcim.de was developing a website on PWA studio, which is a combination of React in the frontend and Magento in the backend . It allowed user to install a web app on their phone and still interact with it while they were not connected to the internet.

Responsibilities included:

• Building components in React
• Writing GraphQL queries to interact with Magento
• Writing tests in Jest, Enzyme and React testing library

• Creating responsive webpages and modifying templates for them in WordPress using HTML, OOJS and CSS
• Creating A/B tests for tracking user behavior using Optimizely and in-house tool ADMIN
• Ensuring high google page insights score for our website by improving performance and accessibility of the website
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and multiple device type compatibility for all web solutions
• Requirement gathering and driving scrums
• Project maintenance for react based apps

• Creating new responsive webpages on CMS like SharePont, WordPress and SiteCore or redesign/restructure (for enhancing the look and feel) based on Mock-ups using HTML, OOJS and CSS., Wireframes and Redlines/Bluelines
• Using IRIS for experimentation, A/B testing and creating multivariate tests
• Information gathering for any new business that HCL is about to acquire from Microsoft and pitching ideas to bring in the project
• Bug fixes on functionality, design and accessibility issues across various browsers, devices
• Actively drive daily sync-up calls with onsite and maintaining the track of tasks
• Generating reports to withdraw various data about traffic or users or sessions on the portal/website
