New Implementation - Implemented fully automated machine learning for fraud detection for Internal control. End to end automation that delivers usable fraud detection.

New Implementation - Implemented Global Enterprise risk management platform on Sales force with Fusion Analytics.

Responsibilities

• New Implementation (Internal Audit) - Implemented the new On-premise Woulters Kluwer for Internal Audit. End to end actions from Market research to implementation. Technology (.Net/Azure SQL)
• New Implementation (Internal Control) - Complete design, development and deployment of Nestlé's own Risk and self assessment system used by ICOS, NCE, GNBS function of 5000 users.
• Re-design IT Systems for Legal (Legal) - Implement an upgrade to Legal entity management with Diligent Blueprint, introduce automation and linking ERP for process automation.
• New Implementation (Tax) - Implement the Nestlé Transfer Pricing Documentation System with externally exposed solution with EY tax auditors and Group Legal as a task force.
• New Implementation (External Audit) - "Facts to value" program for external audit that centralizes data delivery for KPMG audits from ERP, HR, SDR/MDR and ITGC Systems as a Task force.
• New Implementation (Internal Control) - Implemented "SAP Fraud Management" for real-time fraud detection.

• Sustain Portfolio Management - Harmonization of IBM and Tech Mahindra sustain services by defining service catalogue. Identify opportunities to optimize portfolio of 56 Million.

• IT Service Transformation - Transform the application delivery landscape at Nestlé IT by introducing effective offshore service lines for development, support and consulting and thus achieve optimization in cost and efficiency. Scope covers more than 100+ Business Application
