A biochemist by background, I have been shaping the clinical diagnostics landscape since 1997, with a strong scientific foundation in oncology and cervical cancer. Since joining Roche in 2010, I have taken on progressive marketing leadership roles, including Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Marketing Strategy Manager for Molecular and Pathology Solutions, Marketing Lead, and One Roche Enabler. SRSE project: Road to 2030 Tender  Excellence  (2024-present)- Product owner- Design and implement a future state of E2E tender excellence project to drive business success and employees satisfaction 

SRSE project: Customer segmentation (2023)- Full member- design and implement the customer segmentation in Romania and cascade the experience into the SRSE project with the aim to identify synergies and gain efficiency. 

Global project: E2E Marketing (2020)- Full member in the E2E Marketing global project, with the aim to assess Roche marketing operating models and come up with proposals to increase efficiency in marketing.
