• Debugging systems to identify and resolve issues promptly and providing detailed description of the defected area and the solution.
• Provided extensive product and personal support to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Spread across several labs and many tools for examples

ESD- MK4 & Orion debug, execution and PMs.

STAs and SixShots- operation, execution, debug and

ENG support.

HDBI- execution long QUAL tests and supporting ENG requests, in addition providing basic debug level and detailed data for the EQE team.

Communication components area- contains many costumers like CCD, ND, VTG, WCS. which all get the personal service and results on the vast products and machine that we provide.
