• Unofficial Head of Development for Agile Dunning, which is an in-house financial solution, since September 2020.
• Responsible for a team of 6 Backend Engineers and 1 DevOps Engineer.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and building a team of Backend, DevOps and Frontend engineers to develop the product as well as onboarding of new employees.
• Technical Lead of Agile Dunning and therefore responsible for all technical and architectural decisions, including development and code reviews, for the product.
• Worked closely with other Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers and Business Operations to translate and formulate business requirements to conceptualize, design, develop, test and deploy Cloud-First solutions in a Serverless Architecture using Event Sourcing Architecture patterns.
• Proposed a Data Mesh approach to build a new data platform, to transform the data landscape in the company.

• Conceptualized and developed INPALM, which is an international platform for Non-Performing debt analysis and purchase.
• Designed, architected and developed a microservice architecture solution for INPALM

• Conceptualized and developed Cross Collect in a Micro Kernel architecture, which is a standardized international platform for debt collection and is currently active across multiple countries in EU.
• Worked closely with the Business Operations and the Key Account managers to plugin new clients and agencies to the Cross Collect system.

• Worked as the Gameplay Programmer and Lead Game Designer in Delta Engine and on Creepy Towers.
• Managed 3 cross functional teams of Game Artists, Game Designers and Gameplay Programmers.
• Was responsible for taking the necessary technical and game design related decisions related to the game.
• Wrote a majority of the game and UI design documents and later was responsible for developing the game and its testing.

• As a part of my Master Thesis, developed a mixed reality mobile game called "Chocolate Was" in android, where the players can walk around the city streets, scout wifi networks to generate special resources and lay traps on the streets.
• Solely conceptualized, designed and developed the game.
• As a part of my thesis work, made a paper prototype of the game as a board game.
