Project Scope：

1. Establish cooperative relations with local ERP partners in Thailand and Vietnam and sign framework agreements
2. Build a complete service ecosystem with ERP partners and IT infrastructure partners
3. Organize local market activities and business seminars
4. Follow up business opportunities and promote project implementation

• Main force in completing initial work and building operation flow for subsidiaries based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Key Project： Brazil Terra Database migrate to Huawei Cloud International >3 Million

Project Scope：

1. Help Brazil Terra migrate its business systems to HUAWEI Public Cloud
2. Database transformation support, some application systems were migrated from Oracle to GaussDB
3. Database upgrade, migration and integration services (Oracle, MySQL, CouchDB)

My Responsibilities：

1. Cooperate with Huawei International teams to implement the compatibility testing and qualification certification of Enmotech products series to be displayed on Huawei Cloud
2. Learning customer business development challenges and needs and formulate corresponding database-level solutions

3. Work with the HUAWEI CLOUD team to analyze bid requirements, identify and establish competitive strength, and assist in improving bid documents and supporting materials
4. Support for business migration to the cloud, and coordinate the three parties during the implementation of the project

Key Project： BOCM Database Management Integrated Solution >1 Million

Project Scope：

1. Help Bank of China (Macau) design database architecture and technology selection in multiple and heterogeneous scenarios
2. Formulate high availability disaster recovery and data security management solution
3. Provide database upgrade, migration and performance optimization services
4. Provide integrated database operation and maintenance platform zCloud

My Responsibilities：

1. The establishment of customer relationships and the mining of user needs
2. Develop service solutions and technical selection suggestions

3. Analyze and build solution competencies and provide sales support materials for the bidding process
4. Develop product plans and assist in product POC testing

Job Responsibilities:

• Built documentation system for product support, and assisted with support process optimization for product pre and after sale.
• As keynote speaker in foreign aid training project sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of China "Thailand Key Information Infrastructure Advanced Security Training Course 2019", sharing Chinese Market Advanced IT technologies.
• Participated in CMMI3 authentication for company.
• Designed Oracle 12.2 and Oracle 18c architecture diagram,Participated in editing book Oracle Fault Diagnosis and its Performance Optimization Cases.

1. Participate in the business status discussion and demand analysis meeting to understand the pain points of application development

2. Establish connection points between challenges and business scenarios, identify market suppliers and competitive realities, analyze and build competitiveness
3. Assist in formulating application code quality control plans, and communicate plans and product value with customers

Key Project: NTU PEAK Leadership Program

Project Scope:

In cooperation with Nanyang Technological University, guide students to conduct a 2-month social internship and practice in the Chinese mainland market, so that students can have a deep understanding of the business development model and technology development trend of Chinese IT, especially emerging Internet companies. Participating companies include: Tencent, Didi and Enmotech

My Responsibilities:

1. Develop a two-month study plan for Nanyang Technological University internship students
2. Provide students with training on the current situation of IT development in the Chinese market
3. Guide students in project topic selection, and provide information and Q&A support throughout the process
