- Research Project Video Production
Participated in the research project on “Safety Technology of Train Transponder Triggered Level Crossings,” conducting on-site filming of the level crossing operation environment in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and independently completing the project video planning, filming, and post-production. Used DaVinci Resolve to complete video editing, audio processing, and animation additions, producing a research promotional video to facilitate external exchange and presentation of research achievements.
- Innovative Project Risk Management Research
Systematically reviewed risk management methods such as FMEA, SWIFT Risk Matrix, and Monte Carlo Simulation, and discussed dynamic risk management mechanisms in combination with SWOT analysis and OM cases. Compared the application of Pairwise Comparison, Utility Analysis, and AHP in creative evaluation, participated in writing the research results and presenting them within the group, enhancing data analysis and academic expression abilities.
