Revenue Impact: Oversaw consistent and exponential (20% — more than 100%) annual growth for the entirety of tenure with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, resulting in more than $50 million of new revenue for the organization since 2013.
Innovation: Developed, piloted, and implemented a brand-new fundraising campaign that is currently part of the core portfolio for a national non-profit organization. From one market in 2014 to now a nationwide campaign that raises over $40 million dollars annually (as of 2022), developed the vision, key strategies, business practices and standards, and cultivated internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
Budget and Expense Management: Forecasted and built budgets for local and national programs that consistently met or exceeded nonprofit industry standards, including minimizing expenses and engaging stakeholders to keep costs minimal. During the pandemic, I implemented cost cutting measures that are still proving to be viable.
