• Preparing & issued Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications.
• Front-led Buyer for the prestigious projects of Government of Maharashtra Received for Solar Agri Pump Installation across the State.
• Items Under Scope - Direct Parts and Accessories required for Manufacturing of BLDC Motor, Nano pump & Solar Water Heaters. Solar PV Cells, Aluminum Panels, Structures & Other Mechanical / Electronic Bought Outs, Tools, Dies, Rubber Components, Hardware's.
• Assessing the performance of the suppliers based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
• Periodic reconciliation of Material and Disposal of Non-moving items and Scrap material by co-ordination with stores.
• Taking environmental initiatives such as GSCM, Eco-friendly Packaging and Hazardous Materials its communication to the vendors and the transporters.
• Handling Import Shipments & Negotiating with CHA & Freight Forwarder, Take care of All imports Documents.
• Implementation of VMI, Rate Contracts; signed MOU & Annual PO.
