- Established isolation of Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) from Body fluids, tissue and cultured cells (different cells lines, primary cells and iPSCs) and in-depth characterization of EVs using NTA, W.B, TEM and cryo-EM, proteomics, and RNA sequencing.
- Used advanced technique at DESY e.g. SAXS and NMR spectroscopy, resulted in identifying native structure of N-terminal fragment of prion protein, for the first time.
- Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to accomplish research on potential therapeutic approaches.
