As one of the students in technical labs, we spent many hours putting PCs together with components such as a Motherboard (backbone), CPU, Power Supply (grounded by mat or chassis), installing Windows, CentOS, Unbuntu Operating Systems to finally clone the setup with Acronis.
During my 18 plus years in IT, I was able to use what I learned in school to gain proven technical experience in helpdesk support, desktop support, break-fix lab, wireless networking, hardware/software installations and upgrades, troubleshooting, field operations, and client relations.
You come to realize clients have technical issues that need to be resolved, and you are trained as a technical specialist to resolve these issues. The proper diagnosis for the correct result. -
