• Put in place all new policies related to Compensation and to the HR Cycle (Talent and potential management ; promotions; Acting and interim pay process ; etc.)
• Actively participate in the design review of our incentive programs : review of STIP targets for our executives ; review of our financial measures in our STIP payout grids and sales plan for sales executives.
• Manage the design review of the benefits plans, working with top executives, and administer the plans on an annual basis.
• Significant contribution to the implementation of a new job grading structure, resulting in halving our number of jobs (in charge of several job families).
