Aim: Encoding information into microtubules by photobleaching, for network-based biocomputation

• Execution of experiments connected to project with emphasis on microfluidics network design, gliding assay, confocal imaging (CLSM, TIRF), and photobleaching bleaching.
• Presentation of results within group

Aim: Studying the role of Wnt/β-catenin pathway in planarian head regeneration

• Execution of experiments with emphasis on in vivo experiments (injecting animals, monitoring regeneration of planarians) and biochemical techniques (PCR, in vitro transcription, protein extraction, western blot).
