• Completed my Bachelor's Thesis in cooperation with Goodyear DACH region, in the area of risk management, "A Goodyear Case Study on Risk Management Reporting" (Grade 1.7), researching via a literature review and extensive survey of the supervisory board.
• Provided the current best risk reporting and aggregation methods and applying them to Goodyear's current risk management report.

• Organized, Procured and Executed Market Research about BYD's new Marketing Campaign.
• Organized the Testing-Phase locations, in Den Haag, the Netherlands.
• Worked within a budget to procure and produce marketing materials
• Executed a week-long trial of the marketing campaign, for BYD’s new TANG collecting data by interviewing customers. On average 50 interactions per day.

• Organized quarterly “Town Hall Meeting”, a meeting where the entire office gets together and each department presents their achievements and goals.

• Organized interviews for job vacancies for MBMTH (manufacturing) and MBTH

Member of a 25 people strong team, tasks included:

• Coming up with innovative design ideas using Photoshop and presenting these via Power Point.
• Supported the development of an innovative show room at the Shanghai Porsche Experience Center and communicating with the customer throughout the ongoing feedback process.
