• Designed and implemented assessment center and interview panels to identify best fit candidate for the respective business challenge. Designed selection process for Siemens trainees (SGP). In charge for global certification assessments for Project Directors.

• Managed and facilitated various programs for employees & managers. Working with managers on their daily leadership challenges.
