It was a marketing and sales recherche project in order to analyze the market size, the potential market share volumes and the iddferent requirements of the spedition business in intermodal logistic how to create and realize the barely perfect tank container chassis for chemical bulk and fluid transportation.

Identifying the continental market, the major product streams in chemical bulks and fluids. Who are the player? How is their market share? how many trailer units does they circulate, how is the handling, what is the lifetime expectation of the speditions due to their chassis?

These questions are insofar interesting as these businesses are growing strongly with an average increase rate per year of 9 - 12 %.

Leading two teams in Ireland and in Germany. In former times they were unknown competitors for each other, meanwhile they are able to support each other on the different markets. 12 employees ( 2 x 6 )

The former CEO left a mess, it was horrible. We have lead the 130 employees back into normal life after eight years they were afraid when they had to come to work there.
