  • Following the discontinuation of the Alissa SaaS suite, I was assigned to lead the EMEA Support and Services team, supporting over 90 institutions.
  • In addition to my previous responsibilities, I am managing the wind-down of EMEA accounts, meeting with clients to define data export strategies aligned with their requirements.
  • To support this, I programmatically developed processes to extract data across various Alissa features, including VCF files, target panels, analysis variants, classification trees, and reference sets.
  • Since February 2025, I have been contributing as a developer to Agilent's AI Pioneer project, building a RAG-enhanced chatbot for Agilent products using Azure Foundry and Azure AI Search.
  • As an AI Engineer, I design and implement data pipelines that ingest over 60,000 documents monthly from various internal sources via API. The documents are programmatically converted to PDF, uploaded to Azure Storage, and indexed in Azure AI Search to support the chatbot's retrieval capabilities.

  • Leveraging my coding and cloud skills, I enhanced the Support and Services team’s capabilities by automating customer data exports, generating usage reports to support Sales, and producing impact analyses to help the Quality team assess the scale of product escalations.
