Responsibilities:

• Supeheading the wind-down project for all the European Alissa Interpret and Bench Lab CNV customer base (>90 institutions)

• Technical support and scientific advising activities for NGS secondary and tertiary analysis users of the Alissa SaaS portfolio.
• Kept 100% customer satisfaction and KPIs above 95%.
• Expanded the competencies of the Support and Services team by automating processes such as data exports, impact analyses, or usage reporting which reduced the software team's workload. Developed 45 JIRA tickets documenting that.
• Played a critical role in migrating the databases of the EMEIA customer base (>130 test and prod platforms) getting all platforms to adopt the new MySQL version before the discontinuation deadline of MySQL v.5.6 version by AWS.

• Collaborated in DISNET project in MEDAL lab to expand its biological content.
• Developed a programmatic process that increased DISNET database with 587,838 ncRNA-disease associations and 2,763 chemical biomarkers disease associations.
