As a DevOps consultant, worked on various different projects for different clients. `

• Scania: Helped develop a plan and PoC for the migration of Artifactory data from the on-premise instance to the SaaS offering.
• Multibanking Platform Company: Part of the team setting up the infrastructure for the new multi banking platform. The infrastructure was setup in Azure with Crossplane and Terraform, and ensured that it complied with the SWIFT banking security policies.
• Audio Equipment Manufacturer: Developed a set of Terraform modules to deploy resources to Azure cloud which were then used by the customer as part of their technology stack. Each module had example usage, metrics, diagnostic settings along with unit tests written in GoLang. Developed and maintained Azure Pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and development.
• LLV: Migration of Bamboo pipelines from version 7 to the latest, version 9.0.1. The old server was running on a VM with PostgreSQL as the database backend. I was tasked to migrate it to the latest version on Kubernetes with Oracle as the database. I made use of the Helm charts to deploy the Data Center version of Bamboo on Kubernetes and once setup, also deploy the Bamboo agents via the Helm chart and make the necessary connections with Bitbucket to trigger the pipelines.
• Banking Company: Developed and maintained a Jenkins Shared Library to deploy applications between different environments on a Kubernetes cluster. Additionally, also responsible for the operations revolving around Jenkins and its reporting and monitoring tools, such as ELK. A huge part of work consisted of adapting the Jenkins Shared Library to map the workflow based in Jira. A complex, custom workflow was used to track the status of an application. The workflow was essentially used to define the conditions and processes through which the applications were to be deployed on different clusters and whether the application passed or failed at a particular point.
  In the second phase of the engagement, worked with the team for Gitlab to Github migration and helped them with an internal application. Developed in Java Spring boot and integrated that part of the application with other parts.
• Staubli: Staubli were running their Gitlab version 13.2.10 on Suse Linux 12.1. Both of the systems were highly outdated and needed immediate action to upgrade them to the latest version. I was provided with a fresh installation of Suse Linux 15.2. I made use of the Gitlab backup and restore methodology to import data from the old server to the new one. Once the data was migrated, I upgraded Gitlab to the latest version supported on Suse Linux 15.2, i.e Gitlab version 14.4.7.
