Finance Head of Grid Stabilization RoW responsible with the international teams for the commercial sales, tender, execution and warranty of FACTS and Substation projects in more than 20 countries with a strong focus of stabilization and optimization of the business. Additionally responsible for forecasting, planning of Budget/BTA and monthly/quarterly closings. Managed interfaces to accounting, management and internal/external audits.

Financial Head for the Business Segment Large Transmission Solution Grid Access with the responsibility for PL. Together with the technical Management developed the business after finalization of pilot projects. Main markets were in US, UK and Germany. Led teams in UK and Germany. Responsible for commercial sales, tender, execution and warranty. Supported the preparation of court cases of the relevant X-Win projects. Additionally responsible for forecasting, planning of Budget/BTA and monthly/quarterly closings. Managed interfaces to accounting, management and internal/external audits.

To mitigate risk of insolvency the company was bought.

Prepared and led the due diligence. Oversaw budgets, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. Prepared accurate financial statements at end of quarter to summarize financial business performance. Conducted detailed analysis of company financial information and oversaw preparation of related reports.

Responsible for forecasting, planning Budget/BTA, monthly/quarterly closings and commercial project management. Managed the interfaces to accounting, internal/external audits, management, reporting and partner.

Miscellaneous commercial positions starting in Hamburg as a commercial sales and execution responsible for tender and execution of EV/KWU projects in the region for 5 years. With a centralization project to optimize the KWU L business moved to Erlangen in a role as commercial execution management for HQ projects. In May 2002 took over the first role as a leader for commercial project execution. The following years led in different roles as Division Cluster Controller for Energy cluster Germany in Berlin and commercial subsegment lead in sector Energy.
