• Selection of parts for survey, coordination with Agency, HME, and KEU, index check for several markets, development, testing, and maintenance of a semi-automatic tool to support the creation of an Improvement Plan following the steps: implementation of minimum margins on each level, adjustment of dist net, dealer, and MSRP towards OE/IAM target index and dealer margin survey, alignment of Survey LH/RH parts, and alignment of Survey PL2 parts.
• Support on Hyundai and Kia Move (Project & KPI 2024) - Price repositioning by major alignment in consensus with car companies at least once a year, with a weighted sales impact - to clean up and maintain the price structure - eliminating and avoiding minus-margin items - strengthening competitiveness for selected product groups.
