  • Primary focus of my team was to digitize every aspect of customer journey to increase consumer base, reduce churn, optimize cost and improve customer NPS.
  • Managed an engineering department of 80+ from 10 different nationalities and an IT budget of ~3M USD.

  • Was responsible to drive key B2B initiatives like Seller Platform API to enable external platforms to integrate with Snapdeal Marketplace via API completely. Team experienced 2M+ listings per day and 4M+ instant price updates within 1HR during sale days.
  • Managed a team of up to 15 members. Later got promoted to the role of Senior Engineering Manager and scaled the team up to 40 engineers including 2 first line managers
  • Collected project information and disseminated to appropriate stakeholders.
